Now, I understand that we all look forward to some good, fried chicken every now and then. I know that specials, like the one Popeye’s advertised (8 pieces for $4.99) is a great deal. However, the reactions from these customers when they found out that this particular Popeyes was sold out of chicken is just unbelievable. It was as if they were planning for this chicken for years. You just have to see this:
